Une bonne surprise
Je l'ai pris pour changer des sablés plus classiques. L'amande lui donne du corps et la texture reste bien friable.

Le sachet descend vite
Je pensais en garder pour plusieurs jours et finalement non. La forme et le parfum font qu'on y revient facilement.

Plus fin que je pensais
Je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus démonstratif. Finalement c'est délicat, avec une vraie douceur d'amande qui tient bien le tout.
