What makes Opaléia cookies unique is their irresistible contrast. Thanks to expertly controlled baking and the use of AOP Charente-Poitou butter and unrefined sugars such as vergeoise and dark brown sugar, our cookies offer lightly crispy edges and an incredibly melt-in-the-mouth and flavoursome centre. For an even more transcendent experience, we recommend warming them for a few minutes: the chocolate pieces become melting again and the aromas are heightened.

Prestigious ingredients: Valrhona Chocolate and exceptional Nuts

We make no compromises on quality. For our chocolate recipes, we use exclusively Valrhona Grand Crus (Dark Illanka, Milk Bahibé, White Opalys or the famous blonde Dulcey chocolate). Our nuts are selected from the finest terroirs: Piedmont PGI Hazelnuts, Sicilian Pistachios and Almonds, roasted in-house to release all their aromatic power.

As with our entire range, our cookies are prepared with organic ancient wheat flours produced in Isère, including organic petit épeautre from Ferme des Gabeliers in the Drôme for better digestibility and incomparable taste. Without preservatives or artificial flavourings, they embody our vision of French biscuit making: authentic, luxurious and responsible.
