  • Organic ancient wheat and petit épeautre flours, for optimal digestibility and authentic flavour.
  • Unrefined sugars (brown sugar, cane sugar), providing softness and subtle molasses notes.

Tasting & Storage Advice

Freshness commitment: Our cookies are prepared without any additives or preservatives, focusing solely on the quality of raw ingredients for wholesome indulgence.

  • Storage: Best enjoyed within 7 days. Keep in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place. They also freeze perfectly for up to 3 months.
  • Gourmet tip: Warm your cookie for 2 minutes in a preheated oven at 150°C. The heat releases the essential oils of the orange blossom and makes the Opalys chocolate irresistibly melted.
