The Nosetti is an ode to the Piedmont Hazelnut, the most sought-after in the world. Its heart? Pure Piedmont hazelnut paste folded into the dough, releasing a deep, indulgent aroma with every bite.

To enhance it, we play on contrast: caramelised pieces bring a sweet crunch, while a touch of fleur de sel balances the whole and prolongs the flavours. A straightforward, generous and perfectly balanced cookie.

Seasonal information (April to October): due to higher temperatures, the finish may be delicately adapted. As the caramelised pieces are sensitive to heat during transport, we adjust the finish to preserve all the quality and indulgence of our cookies on arrival.

Our Nosetti cookies are prepared and baked on the day of your order, with no preservatives.

This cookie is truly transformed when slightly warm. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes in the oven at 150 °C: the hazelnut releases its full aroma... pure bliss.

Best enjoyed within a week. Can be frozen upon receipt (2 to 3 months) for sudden cravings.
