Mokao is an ode to lovers of deep, bold flavours. A rich and soft cookie dough, delicately infused with coffee extract, holds generous chunks of Illanka Valrhona Dark Chocolate (63%), a Peruvian Grand Cru with fruity, slightly tangy notes.
To elevate the experience, we add caramelised IGP Piedmont hazelnuts, renowned as the finest in the world. Their golden crunch and roasted sweetness balance the elegant bitterness of coffee and the power of cocoa, delivering an intense yet perfectly controlled tasting experience.

Tasting & Storage Advice
Artisan freshness: Your Mokao cookies are prepared, hand-shaped and baked on the very day of your order.
The indulgent secret: Warm your cookie for 2 to 3 minutes in the oven at 150°C. The heat releases the coffee aromas and melts the Illanka chocolate pieces for an ultra-soft centre.
Storage: Best enjoyed within one week. Freezes perfectly as well (2 to 3 months) for intense pleasure at any time.
