The Nutséa is an ode to pure indulgence. Its secret? A bold balance between the depth of Illanka Dark Chocolate and the biscuit, caramelised notes of Dulcey Blonde Chocolate (Valrhona’s iconic creation).

But the true star is the Piedmont Hazelnut. Roasted to perfection, it delivers an explosive crunch that contrasts beautifully with the soft, chewy dough, enriched with a duo of sugars (light brown sugar and cane sugar). Every bite is a journey through intensity, sweetness and texture.

Unlock the flavours: This cookie is truly transformed when slightly warm. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes in the oven at 150°C: the Dulcey melts, the hazelnut releases its aroma… pure bliss.

Storage: Best enjoyed within a week. Can be frozen upon receipt (2–3 months) for sudden cravings.
