Timeless and delicately indulgent, the Vahina madeleine reveals a refined aromatic richness. The combination of our Charente-Poitou AOP butter, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, and a touch of acacia honey creates a subtle, floral sweetness that is perfectly balanced.

Its golden crust is delicately speckled with natural vanilla seeds. On the palate, its texture is exemplary: a lightly crisp hump protecting a soft, airy center. The melted butter adds roundness and indulgence, while the honey extends the tasting experience with a gentle, luminous note.

Freshly Baked: Just like at home, our madeleines are baked the morning of your order to ensure they arrive at peak freshness.

Storage & Freezing: Best enjoyed within the week, stored in an airtight container.

Tip: These madeleines freeze perfectly. Simply let them thaw at room temperature for 1 hour to restore their softness and center, then warm for 3–4 minutes at 150°C to enjoy the delicate hump.
