Une bonne découverte
Je ne prends pas souvent la fève tonka, mais ici elle apporte une profondeur agréable. Le beurre donne aussi une belle tenue au biscuit.

Le parfum reste après dégustation
Ce que j'ai aimé, c'est la finale. On garde quelque chose de chaud et rond en bouche, pas juste un sablé sucré.

Plus fin que je pensais
Je m'attendais à un parfum plus démonstratif. Finalement c'est assez fin, avec une texture sablée qui fond bien.
