Chocoa is our tribute to the ultimate classic cookie, elevated to the level of fine pastry. No compromises here: we combine the fruity intensity of Illanka Dark Chocolate (63%) with the smooth, cocoa-rich sweetness of Bahibé Milk Chocolate (46%).
This duo of melting chocolate chips is nestled in a rich dough with a soft centre, achieved through the use of brown sugar and AOP butter. It is the ultimate comfort cookie — the one that wins everyone over, with an exceptionally long finish on the palate.

The tasting secret: To rediscover that “fresh-from-the-oven” texture (melting chocolate chips and crisp edges), warm your cookie for 2 to 3 minutes in the oven at 150°C. The result is outstanding.
Storage: Best enjoyed within one week. Suitable for freezing (2 to 3 months), so you always have a touch of luxury on hand.

Très bon sans excès
Le cookie est gourmand mais reste assez équilibré. Les bords sont légèrement croustillants et le centre bien moelleux. Très plaisant.

Très réussi
Un cookie simple à comprendre mais très bien réalisé. Beaucoup de gourmandise, une belle pâte et un chocolat qui reste élégant. Je le reprendrai volontiers.
