Payment, delivery and returns

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe. Bank transfer, where available, keeps the order pending until funds are received.

Displayed prices are final. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.

Products are prepared in small batches. Delivery method, cost and estimated period are calculated from the basket and destination and shown before payment. Relay delivery may be free above the threshold displayed on the website when the offer conditions are met.

Available tracking information is sent after dispatch. An incomplete or incorrect address may cause delay or additional charges.

For a damaged parcel, missing item or non-conforming product, promptly contact contact@opaleia.fr with the order number and useful photographs.

A request must be sent to customer service before any return. Return conditions depend on the product and the statutory exceptions applicable to food, customised goods or unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. An accepted refund is made to the original payment method within the applicable statutory period.
