Payment

1. Accepted payment methods

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, CB) via a secure platform.
  • Bank transfer (order confirmed upon receipt of funds).
  • PayPal or other providers displayed at checkout.

2. Transaction security

Encrypted transactions (TLS/SSL) processed by a PCI-DSS certified provider. Opaleia does not store your card details.

3. Order confirmation, invoicing and anti-fraud measures

  • The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Electronic invoice available in the customer account.
  • Opaleia may cancel an order in the event of payment refusal, anomaly or suspected fraud.

4. Currency, taxes and refunds

  • Payment currency: euro (€); prices include VAT.
  • Outside the EU: any duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Delivery

1. Delivery areas

Mainland France, Corsica, and selected European Union countries. For overseas territories or international delivery, please contact us for a quotation.

2. Indicative delivery times

  • Preparation: 24 to 72 business hours.
  • Transport: 2 to 5 business days depending on destination and carrier.
  • Times are indicative. A reasonable delay does not entitle to compensation.

3. Carriers and shipping methods

Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost or equivalent. Available options are shown at checkout.

4. Shipment tracking

An email with a tracking number is sent upon dispatch. Tracking is available on the carrier’s website.

5. Receipt and claims

  • Please check the parcel upon delivery. Make precise, dated reservations if damage is observed.
  • Inform Opaleia within 48 hours in case of damage or missing items: contact@opaleia.fr.

6. Delivery charges

Automatically calculated based on weight/volume/destination. Displayed before order confirmation.

7. Returns and food products

For hygiene reasons, food products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a proven preparation error.

8. Force majeure

In the event of external circumstances (strikes, severe weather, health crises, logistical disruption), Opaleia cannot be held liable for delays or temporary inability to deliver.
