Its texture is unique: rustic, crumbly and incredibly tender thanks to generous AOP butter. The combination of cane sugar and coconut sugar brings a round, caramelised sweetness without excess. It is the ultimate comforting biscuit.
A simple and authentic recipe:
- Noble grain: 100% organic Petit Épeautre flour from Haute-Provence (IGP), rich in flavour and naturally low in gluten.
- Creaminess: Charente-Poitou AOP butter for perfect melt-in-the-mouth softness.

Le petit épeautre ressort bien
On sent un goût plus rustique que sur un sablé classique. La texture reste tendre et le biscuit se mange facilement au goûter.

Bon biscuit pour le soir
Pris avec une tisane comme indiqué sur la fiche, ça fonctionne bien. Le sucre reste discret et le côté cocon est là.

Un sablé différent
Le petit épeautre change vraiment du biscuit habituel. Il y a une note plus céréalière, sans perdre le côté gourmand.

Bonne texture
Le biscuit casse bien sans faire de miettes partout. On garde du fondant et un goût simple, propre, bien exécuté.

Le sucre est bien dosé
J'avais peur d'un sablé un peu sec ou trop sucré, mais ce n'est pas le cas. Il reste doux et facile à finir.

Celui-ci a plu aux enfants
Pris pour le goûter en pensant surtout aux adultes, et finalement les enfants en ont repris aussi. Le format du sachet descend vite.

Le côté rustique me plaît
On sent une farine plus typée, avec une petite note de noix en fin de bouche. C'est sobre, mais pas fade du tout.

Bon avec le café
Essayé d'abord au petit déjeuner, puis avec un café l'après-midi. Dans les deux cas, le biscuit tient bien et ne lasse pas.

Une bonne découverte
Je ne commande pas souvent des sablés nature, mais celui-ci a quelque chose de plus. La crème et le beurre donnent une texture agréable.

Simple, mais bien fait
Pas besoin d'un parfum compliqué pour que ça marche. Le produit tient sa promesse et le sachet de 120 g me paraît juste.
