The centerpiece of our Spring-Summer collection, Citrusia lives up to its name. Designed to complement sun-drenched days, this 11cm madeleine offers a masterful balance between fruity energy and spicy indulgence.
On the palate, it is a true aromatic progression: the first notes are bright and tonic thanks to Organic Sicilian Lemon zest. Then, the magic happens: Bourbon Vanilla unfolds its warm, rounded notes, beautifully bound by the delicate sweetness of a Wildflower Honey selected for its sunny neutrality.

Le citron ressort bien
Bonne surprise à l'ouverture. L'odeur est nette, avec un citron présent mais pas agressif. La mie reste souple et agréable.

Bon équilibre agrume miel
Le citron donne l'attaque et le miel arrondit derrière. C'est ce point-là que j'ai aimé, on ne tombe pas dans quelque chose de trop acide.

Celles-ci changent un peu
On retrouve bien l'esprit madeleine, mais avec une note plus vive. Avec un thé, ça passe vraiment bien.

Bonne tenue en bouche
La texture reste moelleuse et le citron tient bien sans saturer. Le miel se sent surtout en fin de dégustation.

Parfum propre
J'avais peur d'un rendu trop sucré, mais pas du tout. Le citron garde sa place et l'ensemble reste léger.

Bon choix pour changer
Je prends souvent des madeleines plus classiques, et celle-ci apporte autre chose. Le côté citronnier est bien vu.

Bonne boîte de printemps
Le parfum fait penser à quelque chose de plus frais que la madeleine habituelle. À la maison, elles sont parties vite.

Le citron domine un peu plus
Sur mon palais, le citron passe avant tout le reste, mais la madeleine reste bonne et bien faite. Je la reprendrais volontiers pour le matin.

Avec un thé c'est réussi
Testées avec un Earl Grey comme indiqué sur la fiche, l'accord fonctionne bien. Le miel apporte une rondeur discrète.
