Created for true purists, the Black Velvet sablé is an ode to chocolate. Its dark appearance conceals exceptional aromatic depth, achieved through the exclusive use of Valrhona cocoa powder.

Never overly sweet, this biscuit is built on perfect balance: the delicate bitterness of pure cocoa, the rounded notes of coconut sugar, and the irresistible melt-in-the-mouth texture provided by AOP butter. A crumbly sablé that gently melts on the palate, leaving an intense cocoa finish.
