Its texture is unique: rustic, crumbly and incredibly tender thanks to generous
AOP butter. The combination of cane sugar and coconut sugar brings
a round, caramelised sweetness without excess.

Simple mais efficace. Le sucre reste modéré et le biscuit accompagne bien un café.

On sent un goût plus rustique que sur un sablé classique. La texture reste tendre et le biscuit se mange facilement au goûter.

Pris avec une tisane comme indiqué sur la fiche, ça fonctionne bien. Le sucre reste discret et le côté cocon est là.

Le petit épeautre change vraiment du biscuit habituel. Il y a une note plus céréalière, sans perdre le côté gourmand.
